Does Hubz takes a commission?

Hubz will charge a maximum commission of 10% on all earnings from paid chats. A portion of this fee will go to maintaining the Hubz platform, with the remainder going to the Hubz Community treasury. We will be working together with the Hubz Community to determine the allocation in the near future, so please stay tuned.

In which jurisdictions is Hubz available?

Hubz is available in every jurisdiction where Telegram users are legally allowed to access their TON wallet. Please review our Terms & Conditions page for more information.

Which wallet does Hubz support?

Hubz currently supports the following wallets: TON Space wallet, Tonkeeper, MyTonWallet, and Tonhub. We will continue to integrate additional wallets in the future.

How do I get a Toncoin (TON)?

To buy Toncoin (TON), you'll need a TON-compatible wallet. With Tonkeeper, MyTonWallet, and Tonhub, you can directly buy Toncoins using a bank card or other payment methods. However, for TON Space wallet, which is a feature of the Telegram Wallet app (@wallet), you'll first need to buy Toncoin on the Telegram Wallet app (@wallet) using a bank card or other payment methods and then transfer the Toncoins to your TON Space wallet.

How can I join the Hubz Community?

Any Telegram user with a TON wallet can join the Hubz Community. All you need to do is click the invite link below and connect your TON wallet. There is no cost. Every new member will receive 10 HUBZ OG tokens airdropped after 24 hours. Generate your own referral link via the Hubz bot, share it with friends, and collect 2 HUBZ OG tokens for each successful referral!

What happens if I paid for a chat but I didn't get access to it?

Please fill out a Support form found in the 'Get in Touch' section located at the bottom of this page. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

What happens if I no longer need access to a paid chat?

Users can cancel access to their paid chats whenever they want. They can do so by leaving the Telegram chat that they have paid for, or by choosing not to renew payment for access to the chat when prompted by the Hubz bot towards the end of their enrollment period.

Can I get a refund for a chat that I paid for?

Refunds are generally not permitted unless a payment was made due to a technical issue with the Hubz bot. Before you sign up for a paid chat, please ensure that you read the chat description carefully.
